The correlation between wealth and test scores gives the appearance of a genetic racial correlation. However, notice that many (wealthy) Africans who come here are over achieving, becoming doctors, and driving Mercedes.

America is what our nation was called before it was a country that we all no today as United States. He got’s a point about our inner city schools, Our local\community colleges are good schools. I think focusing on inner city schools would help, but as you know in west most of the kids in our schools are naturalized first generation mexicans that don’t qualify for student aid. Its sad but Americans let them work here and eat up valuable resources.
